19. Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute agreements,\nand all necessary documents including any necessary amendments, with the Long\nBeach Unified School District (LBUSD) for the operation of the After School\nEducation and Safety Program at Burbank, Edison, Garfield, Grant, Herrera, King,\nand Lafayette Elementary school sites, in an amount not to exceed $1,288,355, for\nthe period of July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, and to include any extension periods\napproved by LBUSD, at the discretion of the City Manager; and authorize a 15\npercent in-kind match of $193,254; and\nIncrease appropriations in the General Grants Fund Group in the Parks,\nRecreation and Marine Department by $1,288,355, offset by grant revenue.\n(Districts 1, 2, 7, 9)
