E. Award Contract to RAMCO Construction for As-Needed General Contractor Services\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council\n1. Adopt a finding of categorical exemptions pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities)\nof the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines; and\n2.\nAuthorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with RAMCO\nCorporation for General Contracting Repairs for the Public Landscape Division of the\nPublic Works Department.
