Introduction and First Reading of an Ordinance to Amend Santa Monica Municipal Code Section\n3.16.120(c) to Clarify That the Expiration of the Free Metered Parking Benefit Applies to All Clean Air\nVehicle Decals\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1.\nAdopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)\n(Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines; and\n2.
