4.\nCONSIDERATION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH WESTERN AUDIO VISUAL &\nSECURITY FOR THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AUDIO-VISUAL UPGRADE\nPROJECT\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council: 1. Approve\nan agreement with Western Audio Visual & Security in the amount of\n$34,991.84 for the upgrade of the Council Chambers audio-visual\nsystem. 2. Appropriate $34,991.84 from the General Fund (Fund 01) in\nunassigned and assigned (capital projects) funding indicated in the\napproved Fiscal Year 2025-26 Capital Improvement Program. 3.
