G. Award Professional Services Agreement to Dudek for Preparation of an Environmental Impact Report\nfor the Water Reservoir Upgrades and Improvements Project\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) (Common\nSense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines;\n2.\nAward RFP# SP2761 to Dudek for preparation of the environmental review and\ndocumentation for the Water Reservoir Upgrades and Improvements Project for the\nPublic Works Department; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with Dudek for a\ntotal amount not to exceed $1,100,000 over a three-year period, with future year funding\ncontingent on Council budget approval.\na.
