Adopt the Memorials on Public Spaces Policy and Procedure\nRecommendation(s):\nAdopt the Memorials on Public Spaces Policy and Procedure.\nIn order to avoid hazards to park visitors, damage to equipment, and traffic hazards to\nmotorists and pedestrians, it is recommended that the City Council adopt this policy which\nwill provide the means for City staff to remove memorials from park grounds, public spaces,\nCity assets, and public rights-of-way.
