12.H.\nMills Act Agreement No. MAA24-0003\n8016 Santa Fe Springs Road (Googie Carwash)\nRecommendation:\n1)\nAccept the Historic Resources Commission’s recommendation to\napprove a Mills Act Agreement;\n2)\nFind that the project is categorically exempt pursuant to Class 31,\nSection 15331 of the California Environmental Quality Act guidelines;\n3)\nAdopt Resolution No. 2025-46, approving Mills Act Agreement No.\nMAA24-0003 with the property owner of 8016 Santa Fe Springs Road;\nand\n4) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Mills Act Agreement contract.
