APPROVAL OF UPDATE TO PUBLIC OFFICIALS EXPENSE\nREIMBURSEMENT POLICY PURSUANT TO AB 1234\n(GOVERNMENT CODE SECTIONS 53232. 2 AND 53232. 3) AND\nINCORPORATE LIST OF CITIES AND STATES BANNED FROM\nCITY-SPONSORED TRAVEL [L. LANGER, D. WILSON]:\nThe City Council will consider adopting a resolution updating and clarifying\nthe expense reimbursement policy applicable to elected and appointed officials\nof the City (most recently updated by the City Council as Resolution 15-4766)\nin compliance with Government Code Sections 53232. 2 and 53232. 3, to\nreflect subsequent changes in the City’s fiscal policies.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 23-_______ A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD UPDATING THE CITY'S PUBLIC OFFICIALS EXPENSE\nREIMBURSEMENT POLICY; and 2) Incorporate the list of City Council\nadopted resolutions banning City-sponsored travel to certain cities/states due\nto those cities'/states' laws and policies that are counter to West Hollywood's\nprogressive values and policies.\nSTAFF REPORT\nITEM 5.A. - ATTACHMENT A\nITEM 5.A. - ATTACHMENT B\nITEM 5.A. - ATTACHMENT C
