Adoption of a Resolution to Approve General Plan Amendment (GPA) 22-002\nand Introduction of an Ordinance to Adopt Rezone (RZ) 22-004; Oso Ranch -\nHousing Element Implementation: A City Proposal to Amend the General Plan\nand Zoning Map Designation of a 59-acre Privately Owned Property Known as\nOso Ranch (APN 121-070-57 and Portions of APNs 121-070-66 and 121-070-\n67) to Increase the Development Capacity of a 44-acre Portion of the Property\nfrom 470 Dwelling Units to 700 Dwelling Units, 200 of Which Would be\nDesignated as Affordable Housing Units, and Change the Land Use of a 15-\nacre City-Owned Portion of Oso Ranch from Planned Community to General\nOpen Space; and, Find the Proposal Consistent With the Approved Addendum\nto the 2014-2021 Housing Element Mitigated Negative Declaration and the\n1999 General Plan Environmental Impact Report (440.25/460.20)\nAgenda Report
