OPTIONS FOR THE BARRIO TRAFFIC CALMING PROJECT, CIP PROJECT NO. 4015 – 1) Adoption of a City\nCouncil resolution directing the City Manager to proceed with final engineering and design of the\ntraffic calming measures that include sewer and water improvements in Option 1 of the Village and\nBarrio Traffic Circles Project; and\n2) Adoption of a Carlsbad Municipal Water District Board of Directors resolution directing the\nExecutive Manager to proceed with final engineering and design of water improvements associated\nwith traffic calming measures in Option 1 of the Village and Barrio Traffic Circles Project; or\n3) Adoption of a City Council resolution directing the City Manager to proceed with final engineering\nand design of the traffic calming measures that include sewer and water improvements in Option 2 of\nthe Village and Barrio Traffic Circles Project; and\n4) Adoption of a Carlsbad Municipal Water District Board of Directors resolution directing the\nExecutive Manager to proceed with final engineering and design of water improvements associated\nwith traffic calming measures in Option 2 of the Village and Barrio Traffic Circles Project.
