Consideration to approve an increase to the Public Works Construction Contract\nwith Hardy and Harper, Inc. in the amount of $211,114.56 increasing the\nconstruction contract amount from $885,444.00 to $1,096,558.56 for the 2025\nCitywide Traffic Calming Project (CIP S117) to include removal and replacement\nof Citywide speed limit signs and pavement markings in concurrence with\nOrdinance Number 1457 adopted by the City Council on June 10, 2025.
