(Z&K), for\nconstruction engineering services for the Highway Safety Improvement\nProgram (HSIP) Cycle 9A Project: Traffic Signal Improvements at Twelve\nIntersections (CIP No. C08752), extending the term of the agreement by an\nadditional twelve (12) months to complete the construction and closeout\nphases for the project; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\namendment.
