L.\nAmendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with KimleyHorn and Associates, Inc. for Design of the Highway Safety\nImprovement Program (HSIP) Cycle 11A Project: 18 Unsignalized\nIntersection Upgrades (CIP No. C08754).\nRecommendation: To approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional\nServices Agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., for the design of\nthe Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Cycle 11A Project: 18\nUnsignalized Intersection Upgrades (CIP No. C08754), extending the term of\nthe agreement by an additional six (6) months to allow for completion of\nproject design activities; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\namendment.
