Adopt a Resolution entitled:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025 - ____\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WILDOMAR\nAUTHORIZING THE INTERIM CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO TAKE ALL\nNECESSARY ACTIONS TO REJECT THE AUGUST 19, 2025, GOVERNMENT\nCLAIMS ACT CLAIM FILED BY BLACKSERIES RV, INC.; and\n2. Authorize the Interim City Manager, or designee, to take all necessary actions to\nreject the attached Government Claims Act (Gov. Code, § 810 et seq.) (the “Act”)\nclaim (the “Claim”) filed by Blackseries RV, Inc. (the “Claimant”) on August 19,\n2025.
