V.\nAPPROVE TWO-YEAR COOPERATIVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT NO. 25C267 FOR\nTHE PURCHASE OF ONE DRONE DOCK WITH DRONE SYSTEM AND SOFTWARE\nFOR THE DRONE AS FIRST RESPONDER PROGRAM\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Sourcewell Cooperative Purchase Agreement No. 25C267 with Advexure,\nLLC for a two-year term commencing on September 15, 2025, and continuing\nthrough September 14, 2027, with two one-year extension options by mutual consent,\nfor an amount not to exceed $37,065.94, for the drone docking system to PSPD’s\nDrone as First Responder program.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or their designee to execute all necessary documents.
