Approve Amendment No. 4 to Agreement 23S172 with Granicus, LLC for\nEngagementHQ Unlimited for an additional amount of $139,834.27 and a revised\ncontract amount not to exceed $247,373, and extend the term through August 1,\n2028.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
