Q.\nAUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF RANGE SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY\nOF PALM SPRINGS, THROUGH ITS POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND STATE OF\nCALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS AND REHABILITATION THROUGH\nJUNE 2028\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Authorize execution of Agreement No. C5612971 with the State of California –\nDepartment of Corrections and Rehabilitation to use the Palm Springs Police\nDepartment’s firing range, with an estimated $18,120 in revenue to the City, through\nJune 30, 2028.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
