K.\nAPPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT 23P041,\nTHE COMMUNITY WORKFORCE ADMINISTRATION SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nTSG ENTERPRISES, INC., DBA THE SOLIS GROUP\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Contract Services Agreement 23P041, a four-year\nservice agreement with TSG Enterprises, Inc. dba The Solis Group, increasing the\ncontract amount by $700,000 to a maximum amount not to exceed $1,200,000 for the\nadministration of the City’s Community Workforce Agreement.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the agreement.
