8.\nMemorandum of Understanding between the City of Walnut and Foothill\nTransit for Bus Signal Priority Program along Amar Road\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of\nWalnut and Foothill Transit for the installation, operation, and maintenance of\nbus signal priority (BSP) equipment along Amar Road between Amber Valley\nDrive and Grand Avenue; and\n2.
