15.\nAPPROVE AWARD OF CONTRACT TO DASH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR\nCONSTRUCTION OF LA HABRA COMMUNITY CENTER PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS\nPROJECT, CITY PROJECT NO. 4-B-25\nThat the City Council:\nA. Approve the Project Plans and Specifications for the La Habra Community Center Parking Lot\nImprovements Project, City Project No. 4-B-25;\nB. Award a construction contract to Dash Construction Company, Inc. of Woodland Hills, California, for\nconstruction of the La Habra Community Center Parking Lot Improvements Project, City Project No. 4-B25, in the amount of $159,810.00 and reject all other bids; and,\nC. Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement with Dash Construction Company, Inc., and\nauthorize staff to issue a purchase order to Dash Construction Company, Inc., in the amount of $191,772.00,\nwhich includes a twenty percent (20%) contingency.
