11.\nAPPROVE THE ACCEPTANCE OF A RIGHT-OF-WAY GRANT DEED FOR 110 SOUTH COLLEGE\nSTREET\nThat the City Council:\nA. Approve the acceptance of a dedication of additional right-of-way at 110 South College Street; and,\nB. Approve and authorize recordation of the Grant Deed with the County of Orange.
