14.\n$1,499,699 CONTRACT\nWITH\nREPLACEMENT PROJECT\nKYA\nGROUP\nFOR\nwith\nLiebert\nCassidy\nLIONS\nFIELD\nTURF\nProposed Motion:\n1. Award $1,499,699 contract to KYA Group for the Lions Field Turf Replacement Project.\nAuthorize City Manager, or designee, to allocate $2,000,000 from the Park Dwelling\nFund for the project budget, inclusive of turf replacement, amenities, staff\nadministration and contingency.\n2. Approve incorporating the following additional amenities into the project scope:\nsixteen dugout benches, five scoreboards, conference room furniture and a football field\nbleacher shade structure, subject to funding availability and construction schedule alignment.
