NS­3085 entitled ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2025­\n02 — AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA\nAMENDING PORTIONS OF CHAPTER 41 (ZONING) OF THE SANTA ANA\nMUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO A­FRAME SIGNS AND FINDING THE ACTION\nTO BE EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\n(CEQA) UNDER STATE CEQA GUIDELINES 15060(c)(2), 15060(c)(3) AND\n15061(b)(3)\n2.
