CONSIDER ACCEPTANCE OF A QUITCLAIM EASEMENT FROM SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON\nCONCERNING EASEMENT PREVIOUSLY GRANTED BY CITY, WHICH PERTAINS TO A NARROW SECTION\nOF CARRIAGE CREST PARK LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SITE (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE a Quitclaim of Easement quitclaiming Southern California Edison's easement\ninterest acquired through the Grant of Easement having document number 20240148900 and\nrecorded March 6, 2024 with the Los Angeles County Recorder's Office.\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the City Manager to execute a Certificate of Acceptance of the Quitclaim of\nEasement from Southern California Edison transferring SCE's easement interests acquired\nthrough the Grant of Easement to the City.\nSPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY (Items 33-34)\nPublic testimony is restricted to three minutes per speaker, speaking once (excepting applicants\nwho are afforded a right of rebuttal, if desired), unless\nextended by order of the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
