D.\nAPPROVAL OF JURUPA SOTO DRAINAGE PROJECT AGREEMENTS\nRequested Action: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the Funding Agreement between the City of Jurupa Valley and the Riverside County\nFlood Control and Water Conservation District for the Financial Contribution toward the Drainage\nStudy of the Jurupa Road Channel west of Soto Avenue (Flooding Study Phase 2, Project No. 1-010008); and\n2. Approve the Agreement between the City of Jurupa Valley and Engineering Resources of Southern\nCalifornia (“ERSC”) for professional services in the amount of $123,043.40 and authorize the City\nManager to execute the Agreement in substantially the form and format attached and as approved\nby the City Attorney.\nStaff Report "PDF"
