10.\nApprove Supplemental Appropriations and Increases to Estimated Revenues and\nTransfers for FY 2024-25\nPrepared by: Matt Burton, Director of Finance and Administrative Services\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve FY 2024-25 supplemental appropriations of $479,950 and increase estimated\nrevenues by $417,950 for the City; and\n2. Approve FY 2024-25 supplemental appropriations of $38,700 for the Cypress Recreation\nand Park District; and\n3. Approve an $8,166 transfer from the District's Park Development Fund to the General\nFund; and\n4. Approve an $8,166 payment to the City's Infrastructure fund to apply against the\noutstanding Repayment Agreement and Promissory Note between the City and Park\nDistrict for the construction of Lexington Park.
