A\n\nConsideration and possible action to authorize the City Manager to\n\n1) execute Amendment No. 9 to Agreement File No. 813, in a form approved\n\nby the City Attorney, with Southwest Patrol, Inc., adding animal control\n\nservices and extending the term for security guard services; and 2) execute\n\nAmendment No. 2 to Agreement File No. 685 with Turbo Data Systems, Inc.,\n\nin a form approved by the City Attorney, adding online animal licensing\n\nservices.\n\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager to execute\n\nAmendment No. 9 to Agreement File No. 813 with Southwest Patrol, in a form\n\napproved by the City Attorney; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute\n\nAmendment No. 2 to Agreement File No. 685 with Turbo Data Systems, Inc., in a\n\nform approved by the City Attorney; or 3) Alternatively, discuss and take other\n\naction related to this item.
