K\n\nConsideration and possible action to award a purchase agreement\n\n(130005136) to Southcoast Lighting & Design for the purchase of traffic\n\nsignal equipment for the Foster Road Traffic Signal Improvements project\n\nand authorize the City Manager to execute a purchase agreement with\n\nSouthcoast Lighting & Design, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Award purchase agreement (130005136) to\n\nSouthcoast Lighting & Design, for the purchase of traffic signal equipment for the\n\nFoster Road Traffic Signal Improvements project; and authorize the City Manager\n\nto execute said purchase agreement with Southcoast Lighting, in a form approved\n\nby the City Attorney; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to\n\nthis item.
