A\n\nConsideration and possible action to conduct a public hearing to receive\n\ncomments on the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Consolidated Annual Performance\n\nEvaluation Report (“CAPER”) and adopt Resolution No. 25-33 – A Resolution\n\nauthorizing the City Manager to submit the 2024-2025 Consolidated Annual\n\nPerformance Evaluation Report (“CAPER”) to the U.S. Department of\n\nHousing and Urban Development (“HUD”).\n\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Open the public hearing; take testimonial and\n\ndocumentary evidence; and after considering the evidence, adopt Resolution\n\nNo. 25-33 including any public comments received; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and\n\ntake other action related to this item.
