J.\nConsider a Professional Service Agreement with MIG, Inc. to prepare\namendments to the General Plan’s Conservation and Open Space Element.\n(Bobbett)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve a Professional Service Agreement (PSA) with\nMIG, Inc. in the not-to-exceed amount of $197,500, for a term of up to 1.5\nyears, to update the Conservation and Open Space Element of the City’s\nGeneral Plan; and, 2) authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the PSA,\nin form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
