8.\nContract\nProject Description\nProject Location\nAccept Improvements and File the Notice of Completion for the Santa Gertrudis Creek Trail\nPhase II - Margarita Road Under-Crossing (Rebid) Project, PW19-04\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Accept the construction of the Santa Gertrudis Creek Trail Phase II Margarita Road Under-Crossing (Rebid) Project, PW19-04; and\n2. Direct the City Clerk to file and record the Notice of Completion,\nrelease the Performance Bond, and accept a one-year Maintenance Bond\nin the amount of 10% of the final contract amount; and\n3. Release the Labor and Materials Bond seven months after filing the\nNotice of Completion, if no liens have been filed.\nAttachments:\nNotice of Completion\nContractor's Affidavit and Final Release\nMaintenance Bond
