8.\nPublic Hearing to Consider Approval of the 2024-2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation\nReport (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment\nPartnerships (HOME) Programs.\nRECOMMENDED MOTION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Conduct the public hearing and receive comments on the draft 2024-2025 Consolidated Annual\nPerformance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).\n2. Approve the 2024-2025 CAPER for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home\nInvestment Partnerships (HOME) Programs.\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to submit the 2024-2025 CAPER to the U.S.\nDepartment of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
