4.\nAmendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 22-2137 with Rosenow Spevacek Group,\nInc. for Mobilehome Rent Control Services.\n(500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 222137 with Rosenow Spevacek Group, Inc. (RSG) to extend the term of the\nagreement for two (2) additional years, through October 11, 2027, for\ncontinued provision of mobilehome rent control implementation and\nadministration services; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment in a form approved\nby the City Attorney.\nAgreement No. 22-2137-1
