7.\nAPPROVAL\nAGREEMENT WITH LOS ANGELES COUNTY METROPOLITAN\nTRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (MTA) FOR THE SURFACE\nTRANSPORTATION PROGRAM - LOCAL (STP-L) FULFILLMENT\nBALANCE\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve an increase to the Fiscal Year\n2025-26 City Council adopted capital improvement program budget\nto recognize $297,669 in Metro Prop C funding for the West Santa\nAna Branch (WSAB) Phase II, Sections 2-3 project; 2) Approve an\nappropriation of $297,669, based on the MTA funding agreement;\nand 3) Authorize the Mayor, or her designee, to execute the\nfulfillment agreement with MTA in a form approved by the City\nAttorney
