10.\nAWARD OF\nCONTRACT\nARTERIAL STREET RESURFACING 2025 (CITY PROJECT NO.\n9530) AND FINDING THE PROJECT EXEMPT FROM THE\nCALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT PURSUANT TO\nTHE CLASS 1 CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve the plans and specifications as\ndetailed in the bid documents, with respect to design criteria; 2) Find\nthe project exempt from CEQA; and 3) Award the contract for the\nArterial Street Resurfacing 2025 project (City Project No. 9530) to\nOnyx Paving Company, Inc., Yorba Linda, California in the amount\nof $919,000 and authorize the Mayor or her designee to execute the\nagreement.
