Noble Company for\nRehabilitation SB-1 Broadway Tracts CIP Project No. Z10089\nthe\nPavement\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Public Works Construction\nAgreement with R.J. Noble Company in the amount of $1,697,794 for the Pavement\nRehabilitation SB-1 Broadway Tracts, CIP Project No. Z10089, in such final form as\napproved by the City Attorney; authorize the City Manager to execute change orders\nnot to exceed 10% contingency amount of $169,779.40; and authorize the City Clerk\nto record the Notice of Completion once it is determined the work is complete and the\nimprovements are accepted into the City-maintained roadway network.
