12.1\nCONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF THE LA MESA\nCOMMUNITY PARKING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION FOR\nTHE LA MESA VILLAGE ENHANCEMENT FUND PROGRAM, AND\nADOPTION OF RESOLUTIONS APPROPRIATING FUNDS AND\nMODIFYING PROGRAM GUIDELINES\nRecommended Motion:\n(1) Approve the allocation of La Mesa Village Enhancement Fund\nProgram funding, as recommended by the La Mesa Community Parking\nCommission, in the amount of $12,673.70 each for the following events:\n2025 Holiday in the Village, 2026 San Diego Made Spring Market, 2026\nClassic Car Show, 2026 Taste of the Village, and 2026 Oktoberfest; (2)\nAdopt Resolution appropriating $63,369 from the Downtown Parking\nFund to the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Downtown Village Enhancement\nFund budget; and (3) Adopt Resolution approving the La Mesa\nCommunity Parking Commission's recommendation to modify the La\nMesa Village Enhancement Fund Program.
