Z.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT NO.1 TO MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT 24S228 WITH\nFLOCK GROUP, INC., DBA FLOCK SAFETY FOR THE PURCHASE OF FLOCK\nSAFETY’S FLOCK NOVA CRIME ANALYSIS SOFTWARE\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement 24S228 (Attachment A) with Flock Group,\nInc., dba Flock Safety for the purchase of Flock Nova crime analysis software for an\nadditional amount of $280,000 and a revised contract amount not to exceed\n$301,000, and extending the term for one year ending on October 1, 2028.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.\nAA.\nAPPROVE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 25B282 WITH AL MILLER &\nSONS ROOFING CO., INC. AND 25B283 WITH KRGS ROOFING INC. FOR ON-CALL\nROOFING INSPECTION, REPAIR AND INSTALLATION SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement No. 25B282 (Attachment A) with Al Miller &\nSons Roofing Co., Inc. to provide on-call roofing inspection, repair and installation\nservices for a three-year term in an amount not to exceed $910,000 beginning\nOctober 1, 2025, through September 30, 2028, with two one-year extension options\nat the City’s sole discretion; and\n2. Approve Contract Services Agreement No. 25B283 (Attachment B) with KRGS\nRoofing Inc. to provide on-call roofing inspection, repair and installation services for\na three-year term in an amount not to exceed $390,000 beginning October 1, 2025,\nthrough September 30, 2028, with two one-year extension options at the City’s sole\ndiscretion; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.\nBB.\nAPPROVE A TEN YEAR LEASE WITH ZOLL MEDICAL CORPORATION FOR\nREPLACEMENT OF CARDIAC MONITORS AND MECHANICAL CPR DEVICES FOR\nTHE PALM SPRINGS FIRE DEPARTMENT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve ten (10) Year Master Lease Agreement No. 24L284 with ZOLL Medical\nCorporation to provide replacement cardiac monitors and mechanical\ncardiopulmonary resuscitation devices, service, repair and maintenance for an\nannual payment of $142,290.91, inclusive of sales tax and for a total lease amount\nof $1,422,909.13;\n2. Waive the requirements of Palm Springs Municipal Code Section 7.03.02 (d)\nrequiring a formal solicitation for supplies and services exceeding $75,000; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or their designee to execute all necessary documents.\nEXCLUDED CONSENT CALENDAR: Items removed from the Consent Calendar for separate\ndiscussion are considered at this time.\n2.
