O.\nAPPROVE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 25P268 WITH GOSEETELL\nNETWORK, INC. DBA SPARKLOFT MEDIA FOR ADVERTISING SERVICES FOR\nPALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement No. 25P268 (Attachment A) with GoSeeTell\nNetwork, Inc. DBA Sparkloft Media to provide advertising services for the Palm\nSprings International Airport in an amount not to exceed $3,674,500 for an initial\nthree-year term beginning October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2028, with two\none-year extension options at the City’s sole discretion.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
