F.\nAPPROVE NON-EXCLUSIVE OPERATING AND LEASE AGREEMENT NO. 25L204\nWITH UNIFI AVIATION, LLC FOR TERMINAL USE SPACE AT THE PALM SPRINGS\nINTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Airport Non-Exclusive Operating and Lease Agreement No. 25L204 with\nUnifi Aviation, LLC (Attachment A) for the lease of 930 square feet of office space at\n$133.04 per square foot per year and 170 square feet of exterior building storage\nspace at $28.49 per square foot per year, effective July 1, 2025 through June 30,\n2026, with two (2) one-year options to extend.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
