R.\nAWARD OF A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO CALIFORNIA PROFESSIONAL\nENGINEERING, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $765,943.62 FOR THE INDIAN CANYON\nDRIVE & VIA ESCUELA TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION, CITY PROJECT 24-05\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Award a construction contract to California Professional Engineering, Inc., in the\namount of $765,943.62 for the Indian Canyon Drive & Via Escuela Traffic Signal\nInstallation, City Project 24-05;\n2. Delegate authority to the City Manager or designee to approve and execute\nconstruction contract change orders up to a total amount of $76,600 with all change\norders reported to the City Council; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
