Approve Exhibit E to the PSCC Management Services Agreement – Incentives.\n2. Approve Exhibit G to the PSCC Management Services Agreement – Community\nNon-Profit Use Policy.\nedule of proposed User Fees to take effect\nsixty (60) days following the date of the public hearing.\n2. Find and determine that this action has been reviewed per the authority and criteria\ncontained in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
