T.\nAPPROVE NON-EXCLUSIVE OPERATING AND LEASE AGREEMENT FOR\nTERMINAL SPACE NO. 25L353 AND NON-EXCLUSIVE OPERATING AND LEASE\nAGREEMENT FOR HANGAR SPACE NO. 25L352 WITH ALLIANCE GROUND\nINTERNATIONAL, INC. (AGI) AT THE PALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve the Airport Non-Exclusive Operating and Lease Agreement No. 25L353\nwith AGI Ground, Inc. for the lease of 905 square feet of terminal office space at\n$133.04 per square foot per year, effective October 1, 2025 through September 30,\n2026, with two (2) one-year options to extend.\n2. Approve the Airport Non-Exclusive Operating and Lease Agreement No. 25L352\nwith AGI Ground, Inc. for the lease of 2,290 square feet of hangar floor space at\n$17.00 per square foot per year and 168 square feet of office space at $50.00 per\nsquare foot per year, effective September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026, with two\n(2) one-year options to extend.\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
