G.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT 24B203 WITH VETERANS\nCOMMUNICATION SERVICES, INC. AND AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT\n24B204 WITH DATASTREAM TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING FOR ON-CALL LOW\nVOLTAGE CABLING SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement 24B203 (Attachment A) with Veterans\nCommunication Services, Inc. for on-call low voltage cabling services for an\nadditional amount of $260,000 for a total revised contract amount not to\nexceed$960,000 through September 15, 2027, with two one-year extension options\nat the City’s sole discretion; and\n2. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement 24B204 (Attachment B) with Datastream\nTechnology Consulting for on-call low voltage cabling services for an additional\namount of $340,000 for a total revised contract amount not to exceed$640,000\nthrough September 15, 2027, with two one-year extension options at the City’s sole\ndiscretion; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
