V.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT 3 TO CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. A9152\nWITH UPBEAT PARADE PRODUCTIONS, LLC, FOR PARADE PRODUCTION\nSERVICES FOR THE PALM SPRINGS VETERANS DAY PARADE AND THE PALM\nSPRINGS FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS PARADE\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 3 to Agreement A9152 with Upbeat Parade Productions,\nLLC for parade production services for an additional amount of $458,000, for a total\nrevised contract amount not to exceed $1,015,000 and extend the term two years\nthrough October 18, 2027.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
