8. 23-0327 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute\nan agreement, and all necessary documents, including subsequent\namendments and amendments to the award amount, with the National\nAssociation County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), to receive\nand expend grant funding in the amount of $115,000 to support the\nMedical Reserve Corps (MRC) for the period of February 1, 2023\nthrough September 29, 2023; and, to participate in the Healthcare\nAssociated Infection (HAI) Prevention and Response Project and\nStrengthening Disability Inclusion Efforts within Local Health\nDepartments grant program for the period of February 1, 2023 through\nJuly 31, 2023; and\nIncrease appropriations in the Health Fund Group in the Health and\nHuman Services Department by $115,000, offset by grant revenue.\n(Citywide)\nOffice or Department: HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES\nSuggested Action: Approve recommendation.
