42. 23-0732 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute a contract, and any necessary documents including\nany necessary subsequent amendments, with Landscape Structures, Inc.,\nof Delano, MN, for outdoor fitness equipment, installation, surfacing, site\nfurnishing, and related products and services on an as-needed basis, and\non the same terms and conditions afforded to Sourcewell, a state of\nMinnesota local government agency and service cooperative, until\nSourcewell Contract No. 010721-LSI expires on February 5, 2025, with the\noption to renew for as long as the Sourcewell contract is in effect, at the\ndiscretion of the City Manager;
