14. 23-1030 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all\nnecessary documents and any subsequent amendments, including any\namendments to the award amount and term dates, with the State of\nCalifornia Department of Public Health (CDPH) Grant Number 22-11302,\nto increase the amount of the award and accept and expend funding in an\namount not to exceed $60,000, to support worker upskilling to improve\nretention of the existing public health workforce and help incumbent\nworkers develop their skills to meet future public health demands, for the\nperiod of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026; and\nIncrease appropriations in the Health Fund Group in the Health and Human\nServices Department by $60,000, offset by grant revenue.
