13. 24-52132 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFP PW 23-249 and award a\ncontract to Galls, LLC, of Lexington, KY, to provide professional clothing, uniforms,\nequipment, and security gear, in an annual amount of $115,000, authorize a fifteen\npercent contingency in the amount of $17,250, for a total annual contract amount\nnot to exceed $132,250, for a period of two years, with the option to renew for three\nadditional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager; and, authorize\nCity Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into the\ncontract, including any necessary amendments.
