23. CONSIDER AWARDING AND APPROVING A CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH UBER\nTECHNOLOGIES, INC. FOR DIAL-A-RIDE SERVICES (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. AWARD and APPROVE a Contract Services Agreement with UBER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. for\na five-year term, with the option for a two (2) year extension, for a not-to-exceed Contract Sum\nof $4,000,000 over the course of the initial term (Exhibit No. 1; "Agreement").\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Agreement, following approval as to form by the\nCity Attorney.
